"Yoga must not be practiced to control the body: it is the opposite, it must bring freedom to the body, all the freedom it needs."
-Vanda Scaravelli
"For over 20 years, yoga and movement studies have been integral to my daily practice. After undergoing knee surgery at 16 and pursuing professional dance training, teaching, and performing for many years, I needed a consistent practice to support my knee recovery and address other injuries I accumulated over time.
Yoga thus became the cornerstone of my healing journey, helping me manage physical challenges while also easing the stresses and pressures of daily life. It provides a grounded, embodied sense of returning to myself, fostering tranquillity and presence in the moment. Yoga offers a space for healing and renewal—a chance to reconnect, reset, and continuously unfold more of my potential."
- Laura Glaser
I am a yoga instructor and coach, offering private sessions online and in-person, where I also incorporate my expertise as a Thai Yoga Massage therapist. Based in London, I lead group sessions for specific companies as well as open classes throughout the city.
My teaching experience spans many of London's prestigious institutions and corporate environments, including the Royal College of Surgeons of London, the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Norton Rose Fulbright (global law firm), Stewarts Law LLP, and others. Having worked both in the corporate sector and the film industry, I understand the unique needs of busy CEOs and individuals in high-pressure roles. I specialize in tailoring schedules and practices to meet their demands.
In addition to yoga, I coach actors in movement and have contributed to Yoga Teacher Training Courses at YogaCampus, focusing on experiential anatomy. My teaching portfolio also includes dance instruction for professional dancers in Switzerland and England, e.g. eight years as a dance lecturer at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London.
Continuing professional development is a priority for me. Most recently, I completed a course on yoga for women’s health, ensuring my practice remains relevant and inclusive.
"I’d like to say what a fantastic yoga teacher Laura is! She always takes time to explain the poses and breathing techniques clearly to everyone which is fantastic. […]. She is definitely the best yoga instructor I’ve ever had the privilege of spending time with!"
