revitalise your body & mind
"I returned to yoga after a two-year break and was lucky enough to take Laura’s class. Her calming and supportive teaching enabled me to regain my strength and alignment much sooner than expected, allowing me to find my inner peace once again."

Making space for yoga is an innovative way to support your physical and mental well-being. Private yoga lessons are an opportunity to focus on your needs, challenges and goals, with a tailor-made yoga programme. Classes start from 30 minutes and take account of health conditions, stress levels and personal goals.
The practice of yoga reduces stress, anxiety and insomnia, boosts the immune system, and relieves some of the pressures associated with sedentary work, including back, neck and head strain and carpal tunnel syndrome. It also helps to maintain a sense of resilience and ease in body and mind.
A regular yoga practice promotes a more positive mind set. It develops the ability to re-vitalise and to be present with a steady and alert mind.
One-to-one classes may suit you if:
You are drawn to yoga but don’t know where to start;
You would feel more comfortable attending a one to one session as opposed to a group class.
You are too busy to adhere to a scheduled group class and need your own set of classes anywhere and anytime.
You want a yoga programme that is specifically designed to meet your own unique needs.
You are working towards a specific event such as a presentation, and yoga sessions could help you to prepare, including reducing anxiety and calming nerves.
An initial session will help to lay the ground rules of how we can work together. We will focus on your needs, challenges and goals and agree on the frequency of classes. Classes start from 30 minutes and take account of your health conditions, stress levels and personal goals. The key aspects of the yoga practice would be covered in all classes, but the programme can be tailored to emphasise the aspects that particularly support you.
One-to-one, online yoga classes require very little space and almost no equipment. Provided through zoom, classes are easy to access and cost-effective. All you need is a yoga mat, loose clothing, an internet connection, and a laptop, smart TV, iPad, or large screen mobile capable of streaming video and audio.
Packages run from 4 to 12 week, courses, booked and paid for in advance.
"I had a two hour one-on-one yoga sessions with Laura which was amazing. I said I wanted to feel more in my body and she put me through a series of exercises to work on coordination, balance and being more rooted. She finished by helping me stretch and release muscular tension, which was very relaxing.
I honestly feel like I learned more about my body and movement habits in one session with Laura than I did during drama school. I went away with lots of personal feedback, tips and things to work on. Laura is also very patient and has a lovely warm open energy. Thank you!"
