revitalise your body & mind
"After just one class, my body felt different – I felt more grounded, more balanced. Even just walking down the street, my movement felt easy and natural, not forced. I felt like the tension in my body had been released, and I’m a very tense person[…]"
Jason Deeney – actor
"The practice brings attention to breathing, and uses limbering movements and traditional yoga postures to energise and strengthen the body. A relaxing and invigorating session can improve body awareness, alignment and balance. The breath-work and movement brings your attention to the present moment, with a steady and alert mind."
- Laura Glaser
Laura helps busy professionals reconnect with their bodies and minds, amidst the pressure of their demanding careers. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years and taught yoga as a qualified teacher for over ten years at London's top law firms, various corporate offices, private group and one-to-one sessions.
"Drawing on a professional background in contemporary dance, acting, Thai Yoga Massage therapy techniques and my ongoing studies in body-mind techniques, I focus on methods that open energy pathways within the body. These practices are designed to enhance grounding, balance, and vitality, fostering a deeper connection between body and mind."
